# 季度运行

> 季度路线，社区共建

## **定义**

LXDAO 以季度为单位规划和管理其发展，每个季度关注核心指标、发展目标和社区参与度

* 时间：每个季度为三个月，自 LXDAO 于 2022 年 6 月成立的第一个季度（Season 1）开始计算。
* 发展：季度是社区发展的路线图，明确了贡献者的任务和目标，让社区成员齐心协力专注于共同事业。

## **预算**

* 季度预算在上一季度的战略会议上提前沟通
* 在每个季度开启前，社区会召开战略大会，讨论和分配季度预算。eg: [https://forum.lxdao.io/t/dao-budget-introduction/580](https://forum.lxdao.io/t/dao-budget-introduction/580)
* 每个月初，回溯上个月的 PoW 奖励，由工作组或项目组组长提交给公示系统，由会计小组进行统计、报告、查阅以及处理异议的 POW 记录，最后由多签委员会批准。

## **战略会议**

* 每个季度的最后一个月，由治理小组组织战略会议，邀请全社区以及外部观察员参与。
* 会议内容包括收集回顾社区发展的问题，总结前季度工作、提出下一个季度工作组提案、选举和轮换工作组组长、创建新工作组和项目等。
